Join Suncorp as our Delivery Lead in the Home Claims business.
Are you passionate about driving transformation and operational excellence for improved customer outcomes? We’re seeking a dynamic Delivery Lead to champion the successful delivery of our Supply Chain Claims Value Transformation (CVT) program within Home Claims.
About the Role
As Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the CVT program, ensuring business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and the adoption of transformation outcomes. You’ll drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and resilience through effective collaboration, communication, and change leadership—enabling superior customer outcomes and realisation of CVT advantages.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate across the business to analyse, design, and implement improved processes and customer journeys, always putting the customer at the heart of what you do.
Lead design and delivery of Supply Chain CVT initiatives, ensuring readiness and adoption across Home Claims.
Collaborate with HomeRepair and Consumer Transformation teams to design future-state workflows that improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
Develop and execute targeted delivery plans to drive engagement and readiness.
Foster leadership sponsorship and alignment to accelerate adoption of transformation initiatives.
Establish strategic communication rhythms to build momentum and internal support.
Partner with change resources to manage end‑to‑end change activities.
Prepare and present Programme of Work updates and progress reports.
Champion innovative ways of working and proactive risk management.
About You
3+ years in Project Delivery and Business Analytics.
Knowledge of Agile and Squad methodologies (advantageous).
Previous experience in business improvement and change management (advantageous).
Strong business analysis skills (requirements gathering, and customer journey mapping).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic and conceptual thinking.
Tertiary qualifications in a business‑related discipline (desired).
Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments is highly regarded.
