In this leadership position, you will support the Restaurant Manager in driving daily operations, leading a high-energy team, and elevating service standards.
Key responsibilities include assisting in managing day-to-day café and restaurant operations, championing exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere, driving financial performance through budget management, stock control, and labour oversight.
Leading, training, and motivating a diverse team to consistently exceed expectations is crucial, as is promoting and celebrating our food and beverage offering.
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a busy cafe or restaurant setting is essential, along with a responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
Energetic, guest-focused, and self-motivated individuals with strong leadership skills are ideal candidates, as well as those skilled in team development, recruitment, and performance coaching.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities are also required, along with flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster.
