Business Advisory l Manager l Up to $115,000 About the Role We are seeking an experienced Manager to join a high-performing Business Advisory and Tax team. This role will see you managing a diverse client portfolio while providing strategic accounting, taxation, and business advisory services to help clients achieve their commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients across various industries. Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, management reports, budgets, and forecasts. Provide advice on taxation, business performance, asset protection, and financial management. Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members. Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and client outcomes. Support business development initiatives and contribute to firm growth. About You CA or CPA qualified. 7 years' experience within public practice accounting or business advisory. Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax and accounting regulations. Proven experience leading and developing teams. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms, including Xero.
