$90,000–$100,000 inclusive of superannuation.
Role Summary
This role is based in Mackay, QLD and is responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential space. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and deliver high‐quality residential valuation reports.
* Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary information and explain findings.
* Maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage business opportunities and contribute to achieving budget targets.
* Coordinate with booking support to focus on valuation work.
* Adhere to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
* CPV status & Membership with the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland.
* Experience in the residential valuation sector.
* A degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications.
* Strong communication, analytical and report writing skills.
* Attention to detail and outstanding customer service abilities.
