The Opportunity
Our Cyber Risk and Resilience team helps leadership teams understand complex cyber security concepts and align cyber with our clients’ strategic imperatives to build cyber resilience. We are hiring an Executive equivalent to a Senior Manager in Big4 consulting in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney. You will be an integral member of a team delivering strategic advice and implementation support to organisations, their Boards and Executive leadership teams as they navigate cyber resilience, compliance and crisis response. While not requiring a highly technical skillset, you should understand cyber security risks, concepts, frameworks and practices, and be able to communicate complex risk concepts in plain language to senior stakeholders. You will work independently under pressure as we help clients respond to live cyber incidents and crises. Our clients span financial services, government, energy, resources, critical infrastructure, corporates and leisure.

About you
- You have 5+ years of working experience in:
- cybersecurity and/or technology risk management, ideally within a consulting environment, and are comfortable with common tools, frameworks and standards in this space; AND/OR
- business continuity, emergency, or crisis management with a cyber or technology focus, or parallels to these fields.
- You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, proactively and confidently contributing while being open to alternate viewpoints.
- You bring an innovative mindset and can autonomously find solutions to risk management problems in a commercial, client-focused way.
- You have demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work for clients and stakeholders within deadlines, and to foster professional and commercial relationships.
- You have experience in business development, including developing go-to-market material and proposals.
