Project Management Role
We are seeking a professional to lead projects across the Northwest and greater Kimberley regions, focusing on bulk earthworks, roads, and major infrastructure works.
The Position
The successful candidate will oversee project timelines, manage budgets, and support construction teams to meet client expectations. Key stakeholders include company Directors, General Managers, and Financial managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver multiple projects simultaneously, managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
* Oversee project planning, budgeting, and cost control, ensuring timely completion.
* Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Foster a proactive approach to managing risks and addressing project challenges.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or Civil Engineering, preferably with experience in bulk earthworks.
* Review, prepare, and formalize project tenders, showcasing expertise in bid preparation.
* Demonstrate exposure to projects within Mining, Main Roads, and Infrastructure sectors.
* Showcase ability to proactively address project costs and timelines, ensuring they remain on schedule.
* Exhibit strong subcontractor management and liaison skills, with excellent communication at senior levels.
* Display a can-do attitude, with the ability to hit the ground running and contribute to project success.
