We are looking for:
* A current agent’s representative certificate or Cert IV
* Understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
* Previous property management experience
* A current driver’s license and a reliable car
* A desire to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Ideally, but not essential:
* Experience with PropertyMe and other market-leading software
* Preparing and presenting at VCAT
* Knowledge of legislative changes and compliance
