About the Role

We are looking for an organised, reliable and friendly Office & Accounts Administrator to join our team in North Perth. This full‐time, office‐based role combines general office administration, accounts support, finance administration, staff coordination and executive support to the COO. You will keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting management and the wider team with administration, accounts, reporting, office organisation and follow‐up on key tasks.

What You'll Be Doing Office Administration
* Managing day-to-day office administration tasks
* Keeping office records, filing and documentation up to date
* Ordering office supplies and maintaining a tidy, organised workspace
* Providing general administrative support to management and staff
* Coordinating meetings, appointments and schedules as required
* Tracking staff movements, leave requests and attendance records
Accounts & Finance Responsibilities
* Processing accounts payable and receivable
* Preparing invoices and purchase orders
* Managing debtors and following up outstanding accounts
* Processing fortnightly payroll
* Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
* Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
* Preparing monthly journals, including annual leave and long service leave accruals
* Completing balance sheet reconciliations
* Assisting with BAS and IAS preparation and lodgements
* Preparing and lodging payroll tax
* Preparing monthly budget versus actual reporting
* Preparing quarterly investor reporting
* Assisting with cash flow management and forecasting
* Processing and reconciling superannuation payments
* Maintaining fixed asset registers
* Monitoring compliance deadlines and liaising with external accountants
About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

* Previous experience in office administration, accounts, bookkeeping or a similar role
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in office administration, accounts or bookkeeping
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confidence using Xero and Microsoft Office programs in an IOS (Apple Workspace)
* Proven experience with Xero accounting software
* Experience with payroll, reconciliations, BAS/IAS, accounts payable and receivable
* Demonstrated payroll processing experience
* The ability to maintain accurate records and meet regular deadlines
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
* A reliable, proactive and professional approach to your work
