About the Opportunity: We are currently seeking experienced bartenders to join our sophisticated venues, Maison Batard, Kisume and Society, on a casual basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end restaurants and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
* Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a premium venue
* Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
* Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
* Adaptable and able to multi-task
* Time management skills
* Attention to detail
* Strong work ethic and a \"can do\" attitude
* Professional presentation and strong communication
* Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
* Must obtain valid RSA Certificate
