The Opportunity
You will be joining a well-established organisation operating within a large-scale project environment, supporting both operational and corporate teams across the site. Reporting into the HR Lead, this role will see you supporting day-to-day HR coordination, onboarding and workforce administration. It is a hands‐on position suited to someone who is organised, proactive and confident working across multiple stakeholders in a high-volume environment. The role operates on a DIDO basis and requires a strong on-site presence to support workforce requirements.
Key responsibilities
* Coordinate onboarding, mobilisation and site access requirements
* Manage employee documentation, contracts and compliance records
* Support recruitment coordination including interviews, scheduling and onboarding
* Maintain HR systems, employee records and reporting
* Assist with inductions and site-based HR processes
* Provide general HR support to employees and site leadership teams
* Ensure all processes align with internal policies and compliance requirements
* Support workforce planning and mobilisation activities as required
About you
You are a detail‐oriented and reliable HR Coordinator who thrives in structured, fast‐paced environments.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Experience within mining, construction or project‐based environments preferred
* Ability to manage competing priorities and high‐volume workloads
* Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with site‐based teams
* High attention to detail across compliance and documentation
