About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and driven Construction Supervisor to join our Adelaide team. This role combines on‐site delivery, installation, demobilisation and site project supervision across modular hire and sale‐based projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and aligned with design intent—from early mobilisation through to completion.
You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants, sub‐contractors and customers while maintaining a strong presence on‐site and fostering a positive, solutions‐focused culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise construction activities across multiple projects including the install and removal of buildings and infrastructure.
* Review and assess concept plans against site conditions, including levels, constraints, and risks.
* Ensure alignment between design intent and site requirements.
* Maintain strong communication with internal teams, including Design & Engineering, Construction, Operations and Project Managers.
* Contribute to project cost inputs and collaborate closely with Estimating teams.
* Support early‐stage project activities, including mobilisation and "get ready" phases.
* Manage site safety, quality, and overall performance.
* Work both on‐site and from the office to support project outcomes.
About You
* Proven construction supervisory experience.
* Trade qualified background at supervisor level with hands‐on industry experience is preferred.
* Ability to operate confidently in a fast‐paced, high‐pressure environment.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
* Demonstrated problem‐solving skills and sound decision‐making ability.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate on‐site teams.
* Flexible, adaptable, and solutions‐focused mindset.
* Willingness to travel as required (including regional/remote SA and overnight stays).
* Ability to work from the office when not on site, fostering collaboration with internal teams.
* Current National Criminal History and Working with Children Checks, or willing to obtain.
