* Provide expert recommendations and eyewear styling advice to customers, ensuring they find the best frames.
* Bring a positive and energetic presence to the store every day, ensuring customers' queries and needs are met.
* Offer support to fellow team members and contribute to a harmonious and supportive work environment.

* Strong background in fast‐paced retail settings.
* Excellent communication skills – clear and easy for customers to understand.
* Highly motivated and proactive, ready to take initiative to ensure customers leave the store happy.
* A people person, ready to offer assistance with an approachable and empathetic manner.
