We are seeking a driven and motivated Agricultural Machinery Salesperson to join our dealership team in Esperance.
You'll trade traffic for the beach! Short drives to work, a relaxed community and weekends at Lucky Bay or Cape Le Grande - this is your opportunity to upgrade your lifestyle!
The Role:
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships and delivering tailored machinery solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
* Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable machinery solutions
* Promoting new and used equipment to both existing and prospective clients
* Maintaining strong product knowledge across a diverse machinery range
* Representing the business at Field Days and industry events
* Responding promptly to customer enquiries and feedback
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven sales experience (agricultural or machinery sales highly regarded)
* Strong knowledge of agricultural or arable machinery
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Resilience and a results-driven mindset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
