The Opportunity
We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our friendly Commercial Services team in Kilburn, ****.
In this role, you will provide operational support to ensure projects and administrative tasks are planned and delivered safely and efficiently.
Standard hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

What you'll be responsible for
Process and receipt purchase orders and invoices with accuracy
Manage work orders and purchase orders to ensure timely and precise processing
Coordinate scheduled maintenance for all fleet and equipment, ensuring timely execution and accurate record-keeping
Maintain effective stock control and inventory management
Resolve issues for both internal and external customers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Liaise with third-party maintenance suppliers and foster productive working relationships
What you'll need to be successful
Unrestricted car driver's licence (essential)
Forklift and HR truck licences (desirable)
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience working with suppliers and third parties
Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace
Systems-focused with strong organisational abilities
