About the Role
Adapt, an international digital performance marketing agency, is looking for a freelance Paid Media Consultant to support their Paid Media team in the Australia & New Zealand market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in planning, implementing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
This is a flexible position that requires approximately 5-10 hours of work per month, depending on client needs. The role will involve advising on best practices in Paid Search and Paid Social, providing local market expertise and delivering strategic guidance to the Paid Media team.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver best practices in Paid Search and Paid Social
* Provide local market insights and benchmarks to inform campaign strategies
* Develop optimization strategies with the Paid Media team
* Conduct keyword research and build campaigns across multiple paid media platforms
* Attend client calls and meetings as required
Requirements
* Strong experience in Paid Search and Paid Social advertising
* Knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn Ads
* Experience working with B2B accounts in the ANZ market
* Demonstrable experience in planning, implementing and optimizing paid media campaigns
* Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
