As Product Coordinator, you'll keep projects moving and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. From artwork and packaging to technical data and system updates, you'll align teams and suppliers so launches roll out smoothly and at pace. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, graphics, compliance, and factories, making sure deadlines are clear, artwork is accurate, and product data is ready for release.

What you'll do
* Make sure artwork, packaging, and graphics are ready and correct
* Set and track project schedules, chasing anything that's running late
* Double-check artwork and details so nothing slips through
* Collate and enter product data into ERP and web systems on time
* Work with engineers, designers, graphics, and compliance
* Send artwork and files to factories and manage the approval process
* Prepare product information for website release and datasheets
* Support launches across retail, wholesale, and project product ranges
Who you are
* Organised and detail-focused, you enjoy keeping projects moving
* Maybe you've been a graphic designer now working in projects
* Or an engineer or technician who's moved into coordination work
* You come from packaging, print, supply chain, or consumer goods
* Used to checking details, chasing tasks, and keeping teams aligned
* Calm under pressure and practical in how you solve problems
Skills required
* Industry experience in electrical, lighting, or manufacturing preferred
* Experienced in coordinating complex projects with many moving parts
* Comfortable tracking timelines, priorities, and deliverables
* Confident reviewing artwork and following up on details
* Organised and accurate when entering and managing data
* Collaborative and works well with suppliers and internal teams
* Clear and professional communicator in writing and speech
