As a Customer Account Manager, you will work closely with existing customers to manage repeat business, coordinate ongoing projects and help maintain strong long term relationships. You will see projects evolve through sourcing, production and delivery while helping customers keep products moving to market and onto retail shelves.

That's why we work slightly longer Monday to Thursday so the team can finish early on Fridays when the work is done.
You will be joining a collaborative team surrounded by experienced professionals with more than 30 years of industry experience.
About the Role
We are seeking a Gold Coast based, proactive and relationship focused B2B Customer Account Manager to join our growing commercial team.
This role is focused on maintaining and growing existing customer relationships through repeat business, customer engagement and strong day to day account management. We partner with customers to deliver commercially effective packaging outcomes while also helping brands move toward more sustainable and environmentally responsible solutions with genuine purpose.
You will become a key point of contact for customers across phone, email and Zoom while coordinating repeat orders and helping projects move smoothly from enquiry through to fulfilment.
This role suits someone who enjoys building rapport, staying organised, solving problems and keeping customers informed and engaged throughout longer sourcing and production cycles.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong ongoing relationships with existing customers
* Manage repeat orders and re runs from enquiry through to fulfilment
* Proactively follow up reorder opportunities and customer demand cycles
* Maintain regular communication with customers via phone, email and Zoom
* Keep projects, opportunities and orders moving efficiently
* Coordinate internally with sourcing, production and logistics teams
* Maintain customer engagement throughout sourcing and production cycles
* Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts
* Maintain accurate CRM records, customer notes and pipeline updates
* Identify and flag risks, delays or issues early
* Coordinate internally to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
* Support continuous improvement and positive customer outcomes
* Contribute to a positive, reliable and team focused culture
About You
You are someone who enjoys building genuine customer relationships and takes pride in delivering a high level of service and professionalism.
You communicate confidently, stay organised and enjoy keeping projects and customer activity moving.
You are proactive, commercially aware and solutions focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
