About the rolePermanent part-time opportunity to deliver evidence-based Social Work services in an acute mental health setting. You will support consumers experiencing complex mental health challenges through assessment, intervention, and advocacy, while working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team to provide recovery-oriented, culturally responsive care.About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:Undertake acute mental health and alcohol and other drug triage, crisis assessment, and safety planning, exercising clinical reasoning, problem solving and clincial judgement commensurate with level.
