Key responsibilities include assessing client needs, providing person-centred care, planning and coordinating services with other disciplines, supporting student learning and staff development, participating in quality improvement and evidence-based practice, and guiding less experienced staff.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong background in nursing or midwifery, excellent communication and teamwork skills, the ability to prioritise workload and apply flexibility in care, and demonstrated competence in safe, high-quality nursing/midwifery practice.
Experience supervising students, enrolled nurses, and less experienced staff is also highly valued.
