The Opportunity We're a forward-thinking Fintech & Education Provider. We're seeking multiple Customer Success and Training Specialists to join our vibrant team. Work onsite in our Bowen Hills or Teneriffe offices Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, promoting collaboration while supporting a cutting-edge digital learning platform.
The Role As a Customer Success and Training Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to and managing phone and email enquiries with care and accuracy.
* Engaging comfortably with students and prospective learners, identifying their needs and providing tailored support.
* Leveraging your industry experience to guide and assist learners.
* Helping resolve issues on first contact to minimise follow-ups.
* Sharing insights to enhance team processes and service delivery.
Requirements We offer online courses across innovative fields, and experience in one (or more) of the following areas is required:
* Certificate III in AI
* Certificate III in Blockchain Technology
* RG146 highly sought after or experience dealing with financial services, including AML/KYC
Additional qualifications:
* Excellent phone manner and sales/customer service experience.
* Ability to think on your feet and solve problems efficiently.
* A keen interest in emerging technologies is advantageous—free enrolment into Certificate III in AI and Certificate III in Blockchain Technology will be provided to successful candidates
