Job Title: Site Service Fitter
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Site Service Fitter to join our team.
* This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday on major mining sites with all travel expenses covered.
The ideal candidate will have:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and repairs on customer sites and in the workshop.
2. Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal operational disruptions.
3. Provide detailed photographic reports and maintenance recommendations to clients.
4. Maintain high equipment availability through efficient planning and execution.
5. Uphold strict safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
6. Work effectively within a team environment, collaborating to achieve optimal results.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* Mechanical trade qualifications (essential) and valid Driver's Licence.
* Hands-on experience with screens and centrifuge, sizers and crushers and centrifugal pumps (Krebs, Warman, Metso).
* Previous experience in a field service role.
* Clean track record in the mining industry.
* Computer literacy for report generation and communication.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving work requirements.
