About the role:
Our client is looking for a Software Developer with experience across Google Cloud Customer Experience Suite (CES), .NET, and JavaScript.
You will play a key role in developing and integrating modern, cloud-based applications that enhance digital customer engagement and automation capabilities for a government organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and deploy applications using Google CES components such as Dialogflow, Agent Assist, and Contact Center AI.
* Build .NET (C#) backend services and APIs for cloud and on-premise integrations.
* Develop responsive web interfaces using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS (preferably with React, Angular, or Vue frameworks).
* Integrate with Google Cloud APIs, ensuring scalability, performance, and data security.
* Implement RESTful API services, authentication (OAuth2), and event-driven data exchange using Pub/Sub or webhooks.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.
* Maintain documentation for architecture, code, and deployment processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 3+ years of professional experience in .NET (C#) development.
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript and at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
* Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ideally including Contact Center AI, Dialogflow, or Agent Assist.
* Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and cloud integration best practices.
* Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Podman).
* Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
