About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of Australia's largest health system by joining the statewide NSW Health Deployment program (NSWHDP). We are looking for Enrolled Nurses with a minimum of one year's post registration experience to provide person‐centered care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse, in a variety of hospital and facility settings, collaborating with individuals and multidisciplinary health care teams.

Where You'll Be Working

The Enrolled Nurse workforce will be deployed to locations across NSW Health from anywhere between two and 13 weeks, working a rotating roster including night duty while on deployment to support short‐term staffing needs. You will have the flexibility to work for short periods of time, with the opportunity to stay longer and work across a variety of health settings when on deployment.

Qualifications and Experience
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (Ahpra) as an Enrolled Nurse.
* Provide examples of your experience as an Enrolled Nurse in a clinical setting.
* Detail your understanding of team nursing & demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi‐disciplinary health care team.
* Tell us about your knowledge of patient safety, quality and risk and contribution to organisational quality and safety initiatives.
* Current driver's licence with capacity and willingness to travel to NSW Health business and service locations throughout NSW, including overnight stays in regional/remote areas. These deployments will make up the majority of your time in the position.
