The Role
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-oriented Boutique Support Executive to support the operational excellence of their Pacific Fair Boutique. This role is integral to ensuring the seamless execution of back-of-house operations, stock control, and administrative processes, all of which directly contribute to an elevated client experience. Working closely with store leadership and the sales team, the Boutique Support Executive will play a key role in the daily success of the boutique.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee inventory management and store vault operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and security at all times
* Coordinate all product receiving activities, including invoice verification and resolution of discrepancies in collaboration with store management
* Prepare and package e-commerce stock in line with the brand's strict presentation and quality standards
* Execute inter-store transfers, VM stock replenishment, and monthly stock rebalancing
* Support bi-annual stocktakes and ongoing cycle counts
* Conduct quality control reporting and manage after-sales services, including repairs and follow-ups
* Perform tagging and repricing across all product categories
* Oversee spare parts inventory, including ordering and stocktaking
* Support the sales team throughout the client journey, from initial welcome to final packaging
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in retail operations, sales administration, or a similar support role, ideally within a luxury or premium retail environment
* Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-centric setting
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with inventory management systems
* A collaborative mindset and a strong commitment to supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
