This is a permanent, full-time role, including 12 non-contact paid admin hours. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play). About your new role As a Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership: Design and lead a vibrant, child‑centred program, filled with engaging experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts. Take ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration, with time allocated to do this well. Build a positive, inclusive team culture where Educators feel supported, motivated, and proud of the program they deliver. Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to ensure the service continues to grow and thrive.
