Store Manager - Baulkham Hills (Full Time)
Location: Baulkham Hills, New South Wales, Australia
Responsibilities and expectations for the role include managing all day-to-day store and kitchen operations, delivering ZSG food quality and safety standards, and driving performance through effective leadership and operational excellence.
ZSG Store Manager Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and kitchen.
Manage key performance indicators including COGS, financials, and rostering.
Supervise and coach team members to deliver an exceptional ZSG experience.
Ensure food quality and safety standards are met and maintained.
Prepare and cook food and order supplies as needed.
Monitor quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
Discuss food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff.
Explain and enforce hygiene regulations.
Assist with staff training.
ZSG Store Manager Skills & Experience
Highly motivated natural leader who is hands-on when needed.
Passion for food and experience in restaurant operations.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in Restaurant or Kitchen Management: 2 years minimum (preferred).
