We're looking for a TM1 & Microsoft Data Platform Developer to strengthen our analytics, planning and reporting capability across the business. If you enjoy solving complex data challenges and building high-quality financial and operational models, this role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact.
About the role
* Design, develop and maintain TM1/Planning Analytics cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders and TI processes
* Manage TM1 system administration, performance, user roles and security
* Integrate TM1 with SQL Server, data warehouses, APIs and Microsoft data platforms
* Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, models and reporting assets
* Use Python for automation, data preparation and integration
* Ensure data quality, integrity, confidentiality and reliability
* Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical TM1 and Power BI solutions
* Prepare documentation, provide training and support end users
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation across analytics and planning systems
About you
* Degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance or similar
* 3+ years' experience with TM1/Planning Analytics development
* Strong SQL capability and data-warehousing experience
* Proficiency with Power BI, Azure and Microsoft Fabric
* Experience using Python for automation and integration
* Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
* TM1 or Microsoft certifications (advantageous)
* Experience in waste management or related industries (desirable)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement abilities
* Able to work independently and collaboratively
* Proactive, curious and committed to continuous improvement
