Job Description:
The Sales Engineer is responsible for growing market share and revenue with assigned accounts. The Sales Engineer is also responsible for establishing and building relationships with assigned customers. This person promotes the sale of BL products and services to assigned accounts, utilizing field background expertise to match customer need with applicable solution. The Sales Engineer optimizes sales opportunities through in-depth knowledge of client activities and plans and communicates customer activity and sales opportunities through effective use of sales business systems/processes.
The position reports to the Sales and Commercial Manager.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams. They must have good personnel skills, be highly self-motivated, competent and able to work in a high-pressure. They must be able to learn and adapt to adverse situations.

- Prioritize Opportunities for Engagement
- Qualify Leads as Opportunities
- Resolve Billing Dispute
- Review and Validate Prospect Pipeline

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in relevant engineering or science related field
- 6 years’ experience in related engineering field desirable
- Knowledge of SLB business systems desirable
