Do you enjoy supervising technicians and mobile plant maintenance?
This is your opportunity to join Komatsu at our Kalgoorlie branch to oversee the Field Service and Workshop Technician crews.
Your role will be coordinating all service activities including parts, contractors, and team members.
As a leader you must be able to effectively communicate with our customer and Komatsu employees including coaching and guidance.
In this role you will be looking after Work in Progress jobs and maintain efficient job completion.
You will have a safety first mindset, ensuring the safety of all team members.
Salary: Attractive salary and residential package + own work vehicle
Roster: Monday to Friday
Role Located: Residential in Kalgoorlie, WA

What we are looking for
* Must have a heavy duty trade certificate (or equivalent)
* Experience in a Supervisory or Leadership role
* Exposure to AX Dynamics and SAP
* Comfortable communicating with various internal and external stakeholders
