Behind every great support experience is a well-plannedschedule, and that's where you come in. In this role, you'llschedule NDIS support services and ensure participants receivereliable, person-centred care.
About the Role
This is a fast-paced, people-centred role where you'll beresponsible for scheduling support worker rosters that align withparticipant needs, preferences, and compliance requirements. You'llwork closely with participants, families, and staff to deliverseamless service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Scheduling day-to-day rostering of NDIS supportworkers
* Manage schedule changes, availability, and leaverequests
* Ensure rosters meet participant needs and compliancerequirements
* Maintain accurate records and scheduling systems
* Respond to enquiries and support internal teams
* Monitor hours, KPIs, and workforce utilisation
What You'll Bring
* Strong organisation, time management, and attention todetail
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagementskills
* Experience with rostering systems and Microsoft Office
* NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check(essential)
