About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and personable driver to transport guests across our island destination. As a Transport Driver, you will be the first friendly face many guests see upon arrival.
Your Responsibilities
* Greet and safely shuttle guests between airport, accommodation, restaurants, and island attractions.
* Operate scheduled shuttle loop and after-hours taxi services.
* Deliver engaging and informative island introduction commentary.
* Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and luggage.
You will maintain vehicles in clean, safe, and operable condition at all times.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum QLD MR licence and a clean driving record.
* QLD Industry Authority – or eligibility to obtain one.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Previous experience in bus driving.
* Tourism, resort or tour guide experience is highly regarded.
* A passion for customer service and going the extra mile.
