J4RVIS

Offer description

J4RVIS brings humans and technology together - for businesses built on relationships. We're a consulting business at our core, guiding enterprises through transformation by listening first, then building technology that makes people more capable, not redundant.

Since launching in 2020, we've grown to a team of 110+ people across Australia and the Philippines. We hold Salesforce Summit Partner status alongside partnerships with Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Snowflake, and AWS - spanning business systems, data and integration, conversational AI, and agentic automation. We've been recognised as a Deloitte Fast 50 "Rising Star", CRN Fast 50, and Great Place to Work in both countries. But the awards describe where we've been, not where we're going.

We go deep in the industries we serve — media, financial services, energy & utilities — because domain expertise is what makes the technology work. We measure success by three business outcomes: customer experience transformation, operational efficiency, and revenue generation. Not hours billed.

AI is central to what we do. We deploy Agentforce at scale, build conversational AI, and develop intelligent automation already running in production. Every team is augmented by AI, and every consultant is developing toward advisory, not just delivery.

We're on a growth spurt to further scale with an APAC expansion underway and a strategy that's locked in. If you want to be part of a firm that's building something that endures, where the culture is real and the ambition is high then this is an exciting time to join.

We're still early in our journey, and that's what makes this an exciting time to join.

Integration Architect

We're looking for an Integration Architect to own solution design across integration projects — someone who can translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable architectures, and who takes pride in the quality and governance of everything they deliver.

This is a hands‐on architecture role with real delivery accountability. You'll own integration solution design from end to end, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles, security and performance standards, and client business goals.

You'll work closely with delivery teams, functional consultants, and client stakeholders, and play an active role in uplifting the technical capability of developers around you. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, governance anchor, and capability builder for the integration practice.

There is also an active commercial dimension to this role. You will contribute to pre‐sales discovery and scoping as a named responsibility, helping shape proposals, validate integration complexity, and support the team in winning and setting up large engagements for success.

Key Responsibilities

* Design scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions aligned to client requirements and enterprise architecture
* Define integration patterns that fit within clients' technology ecosystems and long‐term roadmaps
* Promote and enforce integration design standards across projects for security, performance, and API‐led connectivity
* Guide delivery teams through integration projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and scope expectations
* Contribute architectural input to discovery, scoping, estimation, and pre‐sales activities; validate integration complexity during pre‐sales to protect delivery margins and set realistic expectations
* Coach and mentor integration developers while building trusted client relationships as a technical advisor

Qualifications

* 5+ years of integration development experience with hands‐on architecture or design‐lead capacity
* Strong MuleSoft (Mule 4) and AnyPoint Platform expertise with comfort owning architecture decisions
* Deep knowledge of API‐led connectivity, security patterns (OAuth, JWT, TLS), and performance optimisation
* Experience in complex, multi‐system environments with Salesforce as central platform and ability to architect across broader integration ecosystems
* Strong communication skills and mentoring mindset with genuine trust‐building ability

Certifications

* MuleSoft Developer certifications — required
* MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect — strongly preferred
* Salesforce integration experience — strongly preferred

Additional Information

WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN J4RVIS:

* Salesforce/Mulesoft/Project Management certifications paid for by J4RVIS
* Work From Anywhere for up to 2 weeks a year
* Flexible working arrangements
* 3 months paid parental leave for primary carers
* 2 days of study leave per quarter
* J4You Rewards (Work Anniversary Reward)
* Home office expense allowance
