* Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents with complex needs, including palliative care and dementia support.
* Provide guidance and supervision to Personal Care Workers and Registered Nurses, fostering a harmonious team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote safe practice measures in medication management.
* Support nursing staff regarding assessment and care planning processes.

Requirements:
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Div 2).
* At least 1 year of experience in residential aged care.
* Strong decision-making, critical analysis, and problem-solving skills.
