This is your opportunity to be a part of a leading long standing industry business who is expanding its Brisbane's based Fashion Marketing Company. Seeking a candidate passionate about the fashion industry with a can-do attitude and willing to work in a small but fast-paced environment and ability to work multitask.
Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a Fashion Marketing Customer Relations Assistant to assist in the day-to-day operations of a busy wholesale marketing agency. Sales customer phone support and administrative roles are the 3 major aspects in this roll. No day will be the same. You will be working very close with the Director and receive hands on training.
Very few positions come up in this industry and the role is perfect for a Sharpe thinking driven and extremely organized individual looking to progress their career in the Fashion Wholesale Industry.
You will ideally have a passion for fashion, style and lux brands. Have some knowledge of fashion boutique brands. You will be liaising with small business owners in fashion, footwear, and accessory industries daily.
The company works with a variety of brands, and you will have to be capable of managing and fielding an assortment questions and queries including collection, stock and delivery questions relating to each brand.
Qualifications & Experience
. Some history or experience in sales or customer service or both.
A passion for fashion, footwear, and accessory luxury brands
Strong focus on providing sound support to the director, sales, and service support to customers
Ability to think and plan ahead
Be flexible and hardworking
Ability to work independently
Reliable, organised, and trustworthy
Attention to detail and well-developed organisational skills
Take initiative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Have an energetic & fun attitude and be positive.
Well-presented and confident outlook
Have full rights to work in Australia (no working holiday visa holders or sponsorships).
Full Australian driver licence with good track record.
Technical Knowledge
Microsoft Office / 365
Understanding of Social Media platforms including Instagram and Facebook – considered highly desirable
Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook in particular
Digital Image transfer and management.
Mail chimp marketing platform is most desirable along with Canva creativity scope
