**The Role**
To excel in this position, you must showcase your experience as a Sales Coordinator, encompassing these key responsibilities:
- Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
- Initiating proactive sales calls and addressing customer inquiries effectively.

- Efficiently processing customer orders and ensuring accuracy.
- Verifying product details in the system.
- Maintaining customer data integrity in CRM / Effectively managing and organizing large volumes of data.
- Meeting KPIs and striving to achieve set goals.
