Reporting to the Vendor Assurance Manager, this role involves collaborating on a large portfolio with an experienced, small-knit immediate team.
The position focuses on contract administration, RFQ management, vendor liaison, administrative support, invoicing and transaction processing, document management and purchase order reconciliation.
Key Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in contract administration, invoicing and payments reconciliation, and vendor financial and purchase order management.
Exemplary attention to detail with process governance, including management of approvals, documentation and records.
Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills and a proactive approach.
Strong time management skills with agility in adapting to shifting priorities.
Highly developed written, verbal and presentation skills with a consultative and collaborative communication style.
Digitally fluent, with proficiency in the M365 suite.
Key systems include Oracle Peoplesoft Finance, Kofax, ServiceNow and Content Manager.
Understanding of Commercial Management, Quality Assurance, Vendor Management, IT contracting models and their implications on financial management, vendor management, contracts and program management.
Support the Senior Vendor Analysts and Vendor Assurance Manager in the management of new and existing IT vendor agreements.
Key Qualifications Completion of a degree in law, business, computer science or management without subsequent work experience; or An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Industry certification in contract and/or vendor management (desirable).
Desirable Skills, Experience or Qualifications Previous Higher Education experience.
Understanding of standard procurement procedures and tender approaches.
