Ready to be the organisational wizard behind our people operations? We are looking for an energetic HR Coordinator to join our team as the central engine that keeps our employee experience running at full throttle across Australia and New Zealand.
How you will make an impact
* HR Voice: Support employees with first‐level HR queries via email and Workday, providing clear information on people policies.
* Master of Documentation: Prepare precise offer letters and employee lifecycle documentation, including contracts and variations.
* Onboarding and Offboarding Specialist: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
* Data Guru: Maintain accuracy across HRIS platforms like Workday and LMS, ensuring all records comply with regulations.
* Benefit & Wellbeing Champion: Coordinate recurring perks such as flu vaccinations and wellbeing days, while managing our social committee and wellbeing calendar.
* Liaison Extraordinaire: Work closely with local and global stakeholders (e.g., Payroll, Employee Services) to ensure we're delivering an exceptional employee experience.
* Compliance & Safety: Provide WHS administrative support, ensuring all posters and registers across ANZ are up to date.
* People Programs Co‐Pilot: Support the HR team to deliver people projects across ANZ that enhance our high performance and inclusive culture.
Job Qualifications
Essential:
* Previous demonstrated experience as an HR Coordinator/HR Advisor.
* Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to be agile in a dynamic business environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Word) and experience using an HRIS (Workday preferred).
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing a positive candidate and employee experience.
* A proactive, problem‐solving "go‐getter" with a continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred:
* An understanding of awards or contracts and the ability to flex across various HR programs.
* Strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
* Qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field.
