We're seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join a busy manufacturing facility in North Richmond. This is a hands‐on role ideal for someone who enjoys being on the production floor, maintaining quality standards, solving problems in real time, and ensuring products meet customer expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Conduct quality inspections and product checks throughout production
* Monitor and maintain GMP and quality standards
* Identify quality issues and take immediate containment actions
* Manage non‐conforming products and rework activities
* Complete quality documentation and maintain accurate records
* Support customer sample management and quality investigations
* Assist with product trials and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role
* Manufacturing or production environment experience
* Strong understanding of GMP and quality processes
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confidence completing documentation and quality records
* Basic computer skills and experience with data entry systems
* Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with production teams
