We're seeking an experienced, approachable, confident and motivated Salesperson to join our team at Outdoor World based in Bunbury on a permanent, full‐time basis. This role is ideal for a natural communicator and high performer seeking strong financial rewards.

* This role offers a competitive base salary of $60,000–$70,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

About the Role
We are on the lookout for a motivated, dedicated and ambitious Salesperson ready to step into a high potential role within a growing business who desires to build an excellent and successful career within the home improvement/building industry.
You will engage directly with clients and convert enquiries into sales. You will manage leads, achieve sales targets, provide product solutions, prepare sales reports, deliver outstanding customer service and build strong and lasting relationships with the clients.
This role enables the right person the opportunity to exceed sales targets & KPIs with quality product range, strong stream of incoming enquiries and significant potential of product sales.
About You
* Demonstrated excellent communication and written skills
* Ability to work within a team
* Highly motivated / Willing to learn
* Sound problem‐solving abilities
* Ambitious
* Proficient in computer software
* Current Driver's License and own vehicle through probationary period
* Knowledge of the Patio & Shed & the Construction industry is preferable and would be regarded as a distinct advantage but is not essential. On the job training will be provided for the right applicant.
