What you'll be doing
* Helping customers identify and source the right parts
* Navigating systems and catalogues to find solutions quickly
* Processing sales, orders, and warranty claims
* Supporting warehouse and dispatch when needed
* Keeping the store organised and customer‐ready
* Working closely with your team to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
* Experience in parts interpreting OR strong mechanical/automotive knowledge
* Great communication and customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* A team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves
* Someone reliable with a positive, can‐do attitude
Bonus points for
* Automotive or trade background
* Stock control or warehouse experience
* Forklift licence (LF)
