Our Engineering division designs and constructs manufacturing facilities, refurbishes existing facilities and designs and constructs automation plant for manufacturing plants and warehouses.

About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator/Projects Coordinator to join our Electrical team based at our Central Coast NSW facility.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will responsible for:

* Coordinate and administer contracts, projects, and service agreements, including preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contract variations
* Support project delivery by working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timelines, budgets, and objectives are met
* Monitor contractor performance, oversee works on site, and report on progress, variations, and compliance with work orders
* Respond to contract and project-related inquiries, resolving issues and mitigating risks impacting delivery or stakeholders
* Prepare, review, and maintain documentation including contracts, project reports, submissions, and associated records

This is a full time position, with a working week of Monday to Friday.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

* Relevant qualification in Engineering (Diploma or higher) or equivalent industry experience
* 3+ years' experience in a Contracts Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role within an electrical, construction, or industrial environment
* Strong understanding of contract administration processes, including managing variations, documentation, and stakeholder communication
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects, monitor progress, and support delivery against timelines and budgets
* Experience working collaboratively with Project Managers, Engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders

As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination which includes drug and alcohol testing.
