We are seeking aTeam Leader for ourFamily Mental Health Support Service. Our friendly team provides early intervention and support to assist children and young people with, or at risk of developing, mental health concerns.
As the Team Leader, you will:
* Lead a small team to provide early inventions services such as one-on-one support, parental coaching, advocacy and referrals
* Develop evidence-based programs to improve the wellbeing of children and young people
* Ensure the achievement of contractual Key Performance Indicators
* Maintain program compliance, including compiling reports and overseeing accurate and timely case notes and records
* Establish and sustain community networks and partnerships
To enjoy this role, you will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in a related field, or working towards such a qualification
* Demonstrated experience in leading teams
* A track record in working with young people with mental health concerns
* Sound knowledge of child protection issues and mandatory reporting obligations
