Opportunity
- Lead and support a team of production technicians to meet daily output targets.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators such as efficiency, OEE, and waste.
- Work closely with maintenance and warehouse teams to minimise downtime and ensure materials and finished goods flow seamlessly.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise production processes.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve issues quickly and communicate effectively between shifts.
- Plan production schedules and support operational excellence projects.
- Motivate and develop your team to perform at their best every day.
- Ensure staffing levels meet production demands.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- Set transparent expectations, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
Schedule: This position works on a rotating roster – morning, afternoon, and night shift.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production leadership.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
- A focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Experience using ERP systems and understanding of KPIs.
- A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
