Responsibilities
* Document control.
* Assist the Estimators in preparing pre-qualifications and tenders.
* Assist the Project Manager and Site Manager during all phases of the construction process.
* Ensure all construction activities comply with company procedures and policies, WHS Act, WHS Regulations, EPA Act and all Codes of Practice.
* Conform to time schedules, budgets, and performance criteria.
* Collate deliverables required for practical completion.
* Manage project close-out and archiving.
Qualifications
* Recently completed tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Building Economics.
* Self-sufficient, requiring limited supervision with a focus on results.
* Competent in the use of MS Office.
* Permanent resident of Australia.
