Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide expert clinical services within CNARTS. The specific focus of the services for this role will be to support clinical services at Clare and Maitland Dialysis units, though in person and remote service delivery. In this role, you will contribute to all aspects of clinical care, education, and service improvement while aligning with CALHN policies and the professional standards of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP). You will also support regional renal services, collaborating closely with country health teams to deliver specialist care across South Australia. Educational/Vocational Qualifications: Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in Nephrology (or equivalent) and registrable as a Specialist with the Medical Board of Australia. Clinical Expertise & Experience: Extensive experience across nephrology disciplines, including chronic kidney disease, dialysis, and transplant care, with participation in multidisciplinary clinical meetings. Leadership & Professional Integrity: Proven leadership in clinical teams, with a commitment to quality improvement, teaching, and ongoing professional development. Knowledge & Interpersonal Skills: Deep understanding of renal medicine in a teaching hospital setting, combined with strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and patient-focused decision-making.
