Our client is the leading platform for older Australians, delivering trusted news, stories, and lifestyle content to a highly engaged audience. They partner with brands across diverse industries to create digital campaigns that resonate — driving meaningful engagement for readers and outstanding results for clients.
We're seeking an experienced Digital Campaign Manager to join their Sydney team. Working alongside sales, you'll plan, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns across display, native, video, social, and programmatic. You'll optimise performance daily, ensure objectives are met, and help build long-term client relationships that keep them coming back.
What you'll do:
* Plan, execute, and oversee digital campaigns across the platform — display, native, video, social, and programmatic
* Monitor performance daily, delivering weekly reports with insights and recommendations
* Leverage your expertise across Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and programmatic tools
* Work closely with sales, the Commercial Editor, and internal teams to align campaigns to client goals
* Build strong external relationships, ensuring seamless delivery and long-term trust
About you:
* 3+ years' experience in digital campaign operations, ideally within media or digital publishing
* Deep knowledge of digital ad platforms and analytics
* Strong ability to translate data into actionable optimisations
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
* A collaborative team player who thrives under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
