About the opportunity:

As a Sales Representative – Vocational Training, you'll take ownership of a dynamic portfolio, building strong partnerships with TAFEs, registered training organisations and education facilities. Your focus will be on delivering tailored solutions that support hands‐on learning and industry‐ready outcomes.

This is a field-based role with autonomy, variety and the opportunity to influence training environments across Perth.

Responsibilities:
* Execute innovative sales strategies to convert Vocational Training Facilities from existing brands to Milwaukee across all product categories.
* Regularly report progress on achievements to the planned strategy.
* Work closely with Vertical specialists to achieve best outcomes and mission alignment.
* Implement the user focused channel marketing strategies defined by the Channel Managers.
* Participate in sales events, state industry meetings, and social networks to represent company's brand.
* Have the willingness to learn and develop in line with the company's competency framework.
About you:
* Trade experience and power tool general knowledge.
* 1 year sales experience.
* Experienced with using CRM software.
* Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
* Strong organisational, time management and problem‐solving capability.
* Full driver's license with a good driving history.
