* Become an expert in Stryker products, offering clinical and technical insights in hospital settings.
* Create and monitor a strategic business plan for your territory, sharing findings with the Regional Manager.
* Address product issues using your knowledge and resourcefulness.
* Present in operating theatres to assist surgeons and theatre staff, maximizing the use and application of Stryker products.
* Maintain optimal product inventory levels.
