Overview
Xanadu Wines is an Australian family owned, well‐known, and awarded winery located in the beautiful Margaret River wine region. We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional in a full‐time supervisor role, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and assisting the manager with leading the team. Our Restaurant operates 5 days a week, Wednesday to Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily shift management of the restaurant team, including assigning staff to sections and managing staff breaks.
* Motivate and inspire the team to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve daily goals.
* Run daily floor operations.
* Daily set up and pack down of restaurant and event operations.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of staff training and sequence of service.

Qualifications & Skills
* Experience as a food and/or beverage team leader or supervisor within the hospitality or wine industries for at least 2 years, or a Certificate II in Hospitality.
* A passion for wine and a strong desire to share enthusiasm with customers and staff.
* An engaging personality and warmth that customers and staff gravitate towards.
* Organised attention to detail and a "can do" attitude. Xanadu Wines is a medium‐sized business requiring flexibility across multiple disciplines.
