Your new role:As a rotational Pharmacist within Redland Hospital and Bayside Health facilities, you will provide high quality clinical pharmacy services across diverse patient areas. Working within an interprofessional team, you will deliver evidence-based patient care, therapeutic interventions, discharge planning and patient education.
